Before submitting this form, please ensure that all information provided is accurate and you have read our Data Collection Notice.

The College Services team will then process your enrolment for the May 2024 semester (this can take up to 4 – 5 working days). Once your enrolment is processed, you will then receive a confirmation email with all the relevant information.
