Unlock Your Digital Potential: Join the Digital Skills Week at the University of Hertfordshire!

The University of Hertfordshire is set to host its highly anticipated Digital Skills Week from 3 to 7 March, offering an invaluable opportunity for students to enhance their digital proficiency. The event, which is open to all students, including those studying at Hertfordshire International College (HIC), aims to empower participants to explore, develop, and refine their digital skills in an increasingly tech-driven world.

Over the course of the week, attendees will have access to a diverse range of workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions, designed to cater to various levels of expertise. These activities will cover key areas such as coding, digital marketing, data analysis, and cybersecurity, providing students with practical insights and hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies.

Students are encouraged to take full advantage of the week’s offerings, with registration now open for all sessions. Whether looking to expand existing knowledge or explore new digital avenues, the event promises to be an invaluable resource for the future of work and study.

Prepare for Digital Skills Week

Students are encouraged to prepare for Digital Skills Week by completing the Jisc Digital Discovery Tool, which will generate a personalised report to help them better understand their current capabilities across the six key areas. This tool is a great first step to help guide development throughout the week and beyond.

How to Participate

Digital Skills Week is open to all students, including those at Hertfordshire International College (HIC). For more information or to address any questions, students can contact the Digital Skills Week team via email at digital@herts.ac.uk.
