Discover Hatfield: a charming gateway to London and beyond

Experience student life in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, a picturesque town on the edge of North London, only 25 minutes from the capital’s vibrant centre. When you study at Hertfordshire International College, you benefit from the best of both worlds: the affordability and safety of a smaller town, paired with immediate access to all the opportunities of a world-leading global city.

In Hatfield, you will find the Hatfield House, a magnificent Grade I listed Jacobean country house built in 1611 by Robert Cecil, Chief Minister to King James I. Surrounded by the sweeping Great Park, Hatfield House stands as one of England’s finest historic estates.

Just a short journey away lies the historic city of St Albans, renowned for its iconic market, stunning cathedral, and lively cultural scene. For those eager to explore further afield, London Luton Airport – offering affordable flights across Europe – is only 15 minutes from Hatfield.

And of course, with central London just a quick train or bus ride away, you’ll never miss out on the theatres, galleries, shopping, and excitement that make our capital the world’s most dynamic city.
